First Pillar | Training

During three hands on weekend seminars, participants acquire the tools and self-knowledge that will help them to make a concrete difference in their communities.

Second Pillar | Mentoring

Each participant receives one-on-one mentoring from a professional woman. Our mentors work in a wide range of industries.

Third Pillar | Community Project

Each participant designs and carries our a community project, engaging her peers and other stakeholders in the building of a more just and stronger society.

Fourth Pillar | Fostering dialogue

What is the place of women leaders in today's society? That is a questions S.Y.F. tries to answer by inviting women and men of all ages to join its participants for various events each year.

Awards

In 2010, S.Y.F. was recognized as an agent of change in the community S.Y.F. won the Kia Drive Change Contest (Quebec) and received a prize of $10,000.
